We use UPS to ship our goods safely and reliably worldwide from the United Kingdom.
UK - SHIPPING FREE for orders over £30.00 order value.
UK - SHIPPING COST £5 via UPS next day (for order value below £30).
EU, USA & Canada - SHIPPING COST £12.50 - via UPS
Australia, Japan & Switzerland - SHIPPING COST £18.50 - via UPS
REST OF WORLD - SHIPPING COST - £26.00 - via UPS
*(There are some restrictions with shipping to Russia, email us & we will let you know if it is possible).
All payments are taken in sterling (£).
We accept payments from all major cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Paypal.
Payments via Paypal can either be made via your Paypal account or without using an account, just by using a credit card directly.
After Order is Placed
Once you place the order, we immediately start the processing. If the goods are in stock we will pack & dispatched within 2/5days. If the goods are not in stock, we will email you and let you know when to expect the items.
Once we have received your order it’s not possible for us to add, remove or cancel it. Email us immediately if there are any errors with the shipping address.
We will send you an order confirmation with a tracking number. Deliveries can be tracked and will have to be signed for (not necessarily by the addressee).
All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of 20% VAT and will be included in your total price if your address falls within the EU. For all other destinations VAT will not be charged with your product price.
Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.
We have tried to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products presented on our website. However, the actual colours you see depend on the monitor being used, we cannot guarantee the monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Our product dimensions may vary slightly from the measurements on the website. This only occurs occasionally and by a very slight amount.
This should be done strictly within 7 days from delivery date to the time you take it back to post. (it must be post marked within these 7 days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in perfect condition, in the same condition you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received & inspected, we will email to notify you if we approve or reject your refund.
